Art. 13 EU Regulation of April 27, 2016, No. 679 “General Data Protection Regulation”
Pisamover S.p.A., as the data controller, informs you (pursuant to Art. 13 EU Regulation 679/2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter “Regulation”), that the personal data provided by you will be processed as follows:
1. Type of data processed, Purposes, Legal Basis, and Retention periods
If you are using the contact form to request information, make a request, or submit a complaint, the personal and contact details provided by you and any other information you have indicated will be processed. These data will be processed for the sole purpose of responding to your communication and/or providing the requested information and/or managing any complaint.
In this case, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, as well as the Controller’s legitimate interest in managing requests and processing any complaints. Providing your data is necessary to correctly manage requests, and failure to provide them may make it impossible for our staff to provide you with an adequate response.
The data will be processed and stored only for the time necessary to respond to your request and/or complaint.
2. Recipients of personal data
The personal data provided by you will be processed by authorized personnel, appropriately instructed and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Controller.
Furthermore, personal data may be processed by third parties providing instrumental services, including communication services, email, technical services for the management of the Website, and IT service providers. Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the relative functions will be communicated to the subjects indicated above. 3. Rights of the data subject
We also inform you that, as the data subject, you may exercise the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulation at any time regarding the data itself. In particular, you have the right to request from the Controller access to data concerning you, their rectification or erasure, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; to withdraw any consent given regarding the processing of your data and to object in whole or in part to the use of the data, as well as to exercise other rights recognized to you by the applicable regulations. Pursuant to Art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
